Patrick Connelly promoted to Chief Operating Officer

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Patrick J. Connelly, P.E., to the position of Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Connelly has served on the Board of Directors and as President of the New England Water Works Association (NEWWA) and currently represents New England at the national level on the Board of Directors of the American Water Works Association (AWWA).
